Our Mission
The mission of Alternative Construction Investment (ACI) is to provide the private and public sectors with turn-key solutions and structures that are constructed by means of alternative building methods and technologies.
ACI strives to be the majority provider of breakthrough products within the alternative building industry. It intends to accomplish this through its strict quality control program, timely deliveries, competitive pricing and constant research and development.
It strives for continuous improvement in building a service-based company with a goal to continuously exceed customer expectations. Product and service offerings are cost effective to produce and have a quick turnaround time to implement.
In addition to supplying the industrial and agricultural sectors with market specific applications, we intend to address the housing crisis in South Africa by assisting Government, Non-Governmental Organizations and others by offering alternative building solutions that are, comfortable and healthy in which to live, energy efficient and minimizes its carbon footprint.
Our Values
Across all industries exists the need for product innovation which can enable contractors to minimise the time to build or erect structures. ACI has developed an isulative modular panel which can be manufactured in any colour or rendering, is price competitive and enables up to a 75% reduction in construction of key aspects of the building process when compared to traditional methods. Using the same technology, ACI also developed various insulative modular panels with various fire ratings of up to 2 hours. All products are engineer-endorsed and comply with all legislated building, fire and quality standards.
