our services
Across all industries exists the need for product innovation which can enable contractors to minimise the time to build or erect structures. ACI has developed an isulative modular panel which can be manufactured in any colour or rendering, is price competitive and enables up to a 75% reduction in construction of key aspects of the building process when compared to traditional methods.
Using the same technology, ACI also developed various insulative modular panels with various fire ratings of up to 2 hours. All products are engineer-endorsed and comply with all legislated building, fire and quality standards.

Pre-fab structures
Insulated panels form the perfect building blocks for quick and cost-effective construction of a range of prefabricated modular structures. Some examples of the types of buildings for which our insulated panels can be used include classrooms, shops and kiosks, low-cost houses, clinics, computer rooms, churches, soup kitchens and offices. These buildings are supported on either steel or timber frames, or on concrete bases, and feature roofing set on IBR insulated panels with an interlocking system. Window frames and doors can be based on steel, aluminium or wood, while floors can be finished using tile, vinyl, metal plate, wood, or rubber. A selection of finishes is available, including shiplap, handy plank, fibre cement, and painted Chromadek
Specialised products
Panels are also suitable for a range of specialised applications such as in dry ice containers, for use in toilets, for signage, or in vending boxes or trailers.
Manufacturing
A combination of steel, aluminium, wood, Fibre cement, polystyrene and polyurethane is used to produce panels. The facility is run by a team of highly-skilled technicians that use the finest quality raw materials in its high specification equipment to manufacture its product range. All processing complies with the most stringent local and international standards including SABS, Hazard Analyses Critical Control Point (HACCP) and EU standards.
